The position:
Hughes Blake is recruiting a full time Marketing Executive for immediate start. Reporting to the Managing Partner the successful candidate will be responsible for all of the marketing activities of the practice (strategic, direct and indirect marketing) with a view to implementing the overall strategy of positioning the firm in the marketplace as the leading professional services firm in Ireland that specialises in owner managed, entrepreneurs and family owned businesses.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for candidates who have the following minimum requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, or a relevant marketing qualification.
- One – two years in a Marketing position an advantage, preferably in the (financial) services sector.
- Proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
- Experience of dealing with media an advantage.
- Ability to work with Managing Partner to develop, implement and drive all marketing activities of the firm.
- Ability to deal professionally with external communications service providers.
- Sufficient knowledge to ensure all appropriate communication channels are developed and their usage maximised.
- Commercial awareness; ability to deliver marketing activity within agreed budgets.
- Knowledge of online marketing and social media essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in WordPress and Adobe packages
